The Georgia Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is a non-profit pet rescue organization located in Suwanee, Georgia. We place abandoned, unwanted and abused cats and dogs into loving homes. We receive our pets from many places, including from families in the community who can no longer care for their pet, and from law enforcement agencies that have taken in abused pets, but our main focus is to rescue cats and dogs from animal control facilities around the state that euthanize for space.
Paws for Consideration To assist with the adoption of older animals, this program allows you to take a pet home before adoption to see how the pet will fit into your family and home environment. We hope this approach will lead to better outcomes for our families and pets alike.
Whether you have questions about pet ownership or need help choosing the right companin, our staff is here seven days a week to assist you.
