Hi! My name is Meggy and I am a super loving dog. I am in a foster home right now. After only a couple of days, everybody in the family LOVED me. Some of the things that my foster mom noticed right off the bat were that I will crawl into anybody's lap, I adore being under warm blankets or a heated cat bed, and I love all people and am really good at showing my affection. There are four cats and two large dogs here. At first I was scared, but the next day I was fine. I didn't play with them right away but I was quickly used to being next to them. I'm not sure if I am housebroken. I have not had any accidents nor have I gone to the door to let somebody know I want out, but I go out several times a day. I will need a thick sweater for cold days outside!! New information will be added as my mom learns more about me, but she can already see that I must go to a home where I will be the princess of the house. As a princess, I will NOT accept being put in a cage and left alone all day. I expect to be able to sit on the couch with you. I expect you to buy me a heated bed. I expect you to let me sleep with you. In return, I will greet you at the door when you get home. I will give you all the unconditional love you want and be your best friend. I have had a rough month. I was found in a trap. I was cold, scared and hungry. I went to Animal Control where I was fed and warm, but still very scared. Then I came to my foster mom's house. I now have lots of food, warm beds, tons of love but I just need to find a permanent home. I will need to stay at my foster's house until February 24. I will be able to go home after that.
