Microchipping

If your pet got lost, would they be protected by an identifying micro-chip?  Be safe rather than sorry!  Without proper identification, 90% of lost pets never get returned home and are either re-sold in shelters or even worse.   Receiving a micro-chip is no more painful for your pet than a vaccination, and would insure their prompt return if they got lost.  Veterinarians and animal control facilities routinely look for micro-chips in lost pets.   Insure the prompt return of your pet should they become lost.

The Georgia SPCA will provide your pet with a micro-chip any time during normal business hours.   The fee is just $25.00.   We're open Monday-Friday 11:00-7:00, Saturday 11:00-5:00, and Sunday 1:00-4:00.  Our Adoption Center is located at 1175 Hwy. 23 (Buford Hwy. just south of McGinnis Ferry Road), Suite 109, Suwanee, Georgia.
