All community service applicants are required to complete a community service application, obtain consent from a parent or guardian and return the form to the GASPCA before beginning your project. Click on "Community Service Application" to view a printable copy of the application. Students of any age or grade level may complete these projects.
To receive credit for time worked, you must record your time on a time sheet. A completed time sheet must be brought to the Georgia SPCA along with your project so that it can be reviewed and signed by a Georgia SPCA staff member. Click on "Community Service Time Sheet" to view a printable copy of the time sheet. Remember, each time you bring in any part of your project you must submit your time sheet to receive credit.
Bring your completed time sheet along with your project to the Georgia SPCA during our regular business hours and ask an SPCA Staff member to review and sign off on your time sheet.
